Rise and Bloom Tour Tomorrow - Touring Four Highland Park Homes for a Cause!

Tomorrow is the 1st annual Rise and Bloom Tour benefiting the Rise School of Dallas!  The tour will span across Highland Park as guests (adults only) tour 4 luxury homes.  The homes are listed in order of the tour: 3415 Beverly Drive, 4805 Saint Johns Drive, 4125 Turtle Creek Blvd, and the bonus home at 4321 Overhill Drive!  If you wish to purchase tickets for the fun event, you can click here for details.  The Rise School is a school in Dallas for children with disabilities.

14,000+ Sq. Footer on Gray Branch Rd. in McKinney, TX

Another mansion going up in McKinney!  This 14,665 sq. foot home at 1201 Gray Branch Road is almost complete or totally complete.  Haven't confirmed on the status of the home, but it was appraised over $2 million in 2011, so my guess is that it's finished.  The home was constructed for a rear entry and does not face the street (interesting style).  The total property is just over 7.5 acres (7.664 acres to be exact!); of that, the home takes up about an acre and a moderately sized pond also takes up a good portion.  Maybe the owner built the back of the residence to face the private lake?  Speaking of the owner, its Bruce R. Lane Jr and Pamela Lane. According to CorporationWiki, they both work at Plap Management Company, LLC.  Cool new home, just wish I could get a bird's eye view of the place!
