House in Madrid

Today we shall visit a two story home in Madrid, Spain. Contemporary but not overdone, with a mix of bright and soothing colours.

BC Home magazine feature!

I am being featured in the September issue of BC Home magazine and I couldn't be happier!  It's a great issue so be sure to pick it up. The spread turned out beautifully thanks to my wonderful photographer Tracey Ayton who is always a pleasure to work with.

A Fashionable Wednesday ...

If you haven't already and you feel a need for a fashion fix, pop on over to check out my other blog The Orange Book!

Interior designer Alison Womack Jowers

Interior designer Alison Womack Jowers was dating the homeowner, Jay Jowers when she started working on this Buckhead home. And, like in a fairy tale, they eventually married just before completing her work. So, she actually had time to include her own personal preferences.

Classic and elegant . Come and have a look.

Love this space today ...

What's not to love right!

Gorgeous green cushions, mirrored coffee table and black pieces of furniture.

A well put together space.

House in Oslo

Hello sweets! Had a nice weekend?

Today's house was built in 1914 and is one of a row of townhouses made for the workers of a local factory. A green oasis in the city, it is located in Oslo and overlooks the Aker River.

Reveal

Not horrible but still needed some help

And here's what they look like now with a little help from Dwell in the gate pattern
