Fort Worth has embraced its newest luxury real estate community, Montserrat.  Montserrat is located off the west 820 North split in southwest Fort Worth.  Up-and-coming as one of the leading gated communities in the city, the history of Montserrat is richly portrayed through a prominent Fort Worth family.
