Bye Goes the Wife; Bye Goes the House: Quarterback Troy Aikman's Dallas Estate Hits the Market as the Most Expensive Listing in Dallas
Quarterback and Hall of Famer Troy Aikman recently separated from his wife, Rhonda, in January of this year. Clearly, the 10,520 sq. foot Highland Park mansion was too much, so Troy recently listed his home for $24,000,000, making it the most expensive listing in Dallas. The Mediterranean inspired home features 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 5 fireplaces, and much more. Located at 4425 Highland Drive in Highland Park, the large single family residence is 3 stories and includes a 4 car garage, pool, cabana and outdoor lounge area. The $24 million dollar price tag is a little iffy - will Troy be able to get that much? Seeing his home is situated on a double lot with extra amenities, plus the "fame" of future owners telling people they live in Troy Aikman's old home - yeah, it won't last too long. The 4419 Highland Drive lot he purchased a few years ago features a cabana, sport court, and courtyard area right next to his main house.
