Most Expensive Suburb in Texas...not the Park Cities?

In a recent Yahoo! Real Estate article detailing the most expensive suburbs in each state, it seems that the Park Cities were no where to be found on the list.

Hunters Creek Village in Houston was the winner in the state of Texas.  I've never been to Hunters Creek Village in Houston, but it sounds to me that both Park Cities own Hunters Creek Village at expensiveness.  The median home price in HCV is $865,500 when the Park Cities' median price ranges from $960,000-$1,000,000.

I guess the Yahoo! Real Estate publishers did not take into account the affluence of the Park Cities otherwise they would most likely be on the list.
