Celeb R.E.: Former Britney Spears Lease Previously Owned by Executive Ron Tutor in Hidden Hills Demolished And On The Market As A Land Purchase

Fresh on the MLS is the former leased home of Britney Spears in Hidden Hills that was demolished and made available as a land purchase on December 29, 2013 for $10,995,000 for a total of 3.39 acres. 

The home was previously owned by executive Ron Tutor who is chairman of Sylmar-based construction giant Tutor Perini Corportion. Ron Tutor is also known for leading an investment group including Colony Capital in the purchase of Miramax Films from Walt Disney Co. for $660 million in July 2010.

Britney Spears occupied the property reportedly paying $25,000 per month sometime in the beginning of 2011 and vacated at the end of 2011. The listing pictures and description of the property at that time can be viewed here. 

Tutor sold the home to a company called Safari View LLC on June 25, 2013 for $7,350,000 who later deeded the property to a company called Ashley Ridge Land LP on August 20, 2013. 

Surprisingly (or not), the new owners decided to demolish the 10 Bed/13 Bath on 19,107 sqft on 3.39 acres built in 1987 and made no improvements to the property aside from demolition (if that can be considered an improvement but the tennis court and pond remain) and listed the property 6 months later hoping for a $3,645,000 gross profit. So let me repeat here, the property was demolished with no new building erected or any other structure for that matter and listed at $3.7 million more than when a home actually existed on the lot. If this sells anywhere near the asking price, I need to get a job in high end real estate. 

However, to be fair and impartial, the housing market has supposedly recovered and Hidden Hills is a hotbed of activity with limited opportunities available especially land. Take note that Dr. Dre recently purchased 5 acres in Hidden Hills for $10.5 million in October 2012 discussed here. This is obviously a 1.61 acre difference but this was back in 2012 before the housing market rebounded significantly. So maybe the asking price isnt too far off and it just needs to come down $1 million or so. If any prospective buyer is not interested in building their own custom home, there is also the option of purchasing the former Lisa Marie Presley home measruing 8 Beds/9 Baths on 15,667 sqft on a total lot size of 3.01 acres that was demolished and built new currently asking $19.995 million and has been sitting on the market since April 2013 if that is any indication of how overly priced this area has become. Britney Spears: walks off The "X-Factor" set

In Greensboro, N.C, During Monday's auditions Britney Spears stormed off the set  of X-factor auditions of a competitor to perform in a song of her own of "(You Drive Me) Crazy". Every one say mimesis is the finest step of soft soap but for Britney Spears every thing is vest and perfect. In the audition of X-factor as a woman dressed of the man who performed on this song.

Britney Spears is a 30 years old judge was not impressed for his performed.  The queen of th 'X Factor' hopeful that the  beauty of blondey had failed to realize his Confirmatory work. At this time another Judges of Simon Cowelland Demi Lovato also couldn't restrain their repercussion and they covered their faces with their hands.
Reid and Lovato also followed Britney way off the set, while Cowell stayed  backward. "I don't think she  indeed understood your confirmative," he told the bedazzled singer. We thing that was not a bad decision for her.

An the another audition of this program she do this act again. On the performance of the competitor who wore cat glasses, a jean jacket bedazzled ,  chickpea and his hair tucked in a chignon.“
In his perform the singer didn’t mean any harmful act in many singing shows go, there are many singers who just don’t know to sing so they are not sing. And by the by the judges in the long run behave him, it sounded like they knew he was actually trying to sing a better cession of Spears’s song.

Celebrity Real Estate: Another former Britney Spears Rental Available in Calabasas

[Update November 02, 2012]: This home sold for $5.4 million on October 19, 2012 which was $599,000 less than the original price which was completed in roughly 10 months time. However, that doesnt include the previous listings which was originally listed in 2009 for $9.9 million. So this home has been sold for half the original price since 2009. Thats a massive drop!

I know I am about 6 months late in reporting this but felt the need to write about it since this is regarding the one and only Britney Spears. Her former Calabasas rental in the super exclusive and well guarded The Estates at the Oaks is currently available located at 25305 Prado De Los Suenos (property website). This property was last purchased on November 12, 2003 for $1,170,011 which I am guessing was a land purchase since the home was built in 2007. Since 2009 the current owners Jose and Regina Leon have been trying to offload with an initial price tag of $9.9 million which has slowly crawled down to a reduced price tag of $5.7 million or close to 50% less. This home was also featured in the Wall Street Journal back on November 18, 2011 regarding mansions and luxury estates hitting the auction block. Somehow the auction idea didnt pan out which started with a $4.5 million bid as the home has been sitting on the market ever since. 

Britney Spears rented this home sometime in late 2008 or early 2009 which didnt last too long as she moved on to a Hidden Hills rental owned by Ron Tutor sometime in early 2011 for $25,000/month which I discussed here and also includes a brief overview of the many homes she has either owned or leased in addition to an excellent overview worth reading by Your Mama at the Realestalker back on March 8, 2012. She eventually moved out of the Hidden Hills home in late 2011 for a mansion in the Sherwood County Club area of Thousand Oaks that she is currently leasing to the tune of $25,000/month. So back in March 2012, the real estate market was flooded with former Britney Spears homes consisting of: 

1. Malibu home in the Serra Retreat area that was shared with K-Fed currently available for $13.5 million that was sold by Britney in August 2007 for $10 million to the current sellers. 
2. Beverly Hills home in the Summit where Britney mentally broke down that was a probate sale and sold on May 11, 2012 for either $4,253,000 or $2,126,500 representing a significant loss from the original purchase price by Britney on January 2007 for $6.75 million.
3. The Calabasas rental discussed in this post. 
4. Hidden Hills rental owned by Ron Tutor currently available for $9,995,000 which was discussed here.

Britney Spears received $15 million for "X-factor" Judge!

The princess of pop, Britney Spears, has singed on a TV show, The X-Factor, alongside Simon Cowell. For this she will be paid $15 million. But in the other show, Jennifer Lopez recieved $12 million for her judging on "American Idol". So The princess of pop, Britney Spears, demand highly for this show and she want to do a better show in those kind of reality show.

It is a great movement for Brit, so that a lot of her fans will participate on this not only see the but also see her. In the whole world every body known her as a musician, an well performer for those she can make the show more attractive. the excuitave, Simon is also really excited about Britney joining the show and said, "The fact that she's one of the most talked about her, not only pop stars, but also the world people today means that have got this star power.
