Celebrity Real Estate: The Late Sage Stallone Home in Studio City Hits The Market

[Update June 5, 2013]: This home sold for $1.8 million on May 31, 2013 which was $599,999 less than the original asking price of $2,399,999 but $250,000 above the original purchase price of $1,550,000 on July 1, 2004.

On July 13, 2012, the media and the world for that matter descended on a mid century modern home located in the hills of Studio City. This was the home of Sage Stallone, son of movie legend Sylvester Stallone, who unfortunately passed away at the young age of 36 from a heart attack due to an atherosclerotic  coronary artery disease. At the time that Sage was found in his home, it is believed he may have been dead for three to seven days. 

Stallone made his film debut in 1990 in the film, Rocky V, playing "Robert Balboa Jr", the onscreen son of his father's title character. Stallone would later perform in other films and also co-founded Grindhouse Releasing with film editor Bob Murawski which was dedicated to the restoration and preservation of exploitation films and B-movies. 

Stallone's home popped on the market on February 23, 2013 with an asking price of $2,399,999. The home measures 3 Beds/3.75 Baths on 4,098 sqft on a total lot size of 0.42 acres built in 1964. The listing description states:

Sage Stallone: Eldest son of Sylvester Stallone found late at 36

The 36 years old sage moonblood stallone son of sylvester stallone stallone who starred alongdide with his father in the film of Rocky V was found late in his Hollywood apartment on Friday. With his attorney George Braunstein confirmed his passing "The New York Post " . It was proved that it was happen of an overdose of pills, and the LAPD said that "There is no suspicion of foul play or criminal work."

Sage Stallone was eldest son of Sylvester Stallone's from his first marriage to Sasha Czack. In 1985 Sylvester Stallone divorced Sasha Czack. Sage Stallone was subsisted by his brother Seargeoh and his three half-sisters Sistine, Sophia, and Scarlet.
In the age of 14 Sage Stallone was debut on Rocky V film by playing Robert Balboa, in 1990. The film was both a carping and financial desperation.

Sylvester Stallone's rep, Michelle Bega, tells the people that , "Sylvester Stallone is Waste and pain-Worn-out over the accidental futile of his son Sage Stallone. His sympathy and ideology are with Sage's mother is Sasha. Sage was a too much ngenious and marvelous in mint condition man. We have lost an asset forever."
