The listing description states the home was designed by notable architects William Krisel and Dan Palmer who designed mid century modern homes for the Alexander Construction Company.  They designed throughout Los Angeles primarily in Palm Springs and San Diego. However, they also designed the Corbin Palms (and here) community in Woodland Hills off of Victory and Corbin. [Update August 30, 2012]: This home sold for $395,000 which was completed in roughly 1.5 months and was $26,000 above asking price showing strong demand for Corbin Palms homes.

This one is currently for sale at $369,000 which was last purchased on January 23, 1978 for $84,000. The home appears to be in a good shape with little to no alterations.
