Pro Golfer and Dallas Native Justin Leonard Throwing Up a 14,000 Sq. Footer on Euclid Ave. in N. Dallas

Justin Leonard and his wife Amanda chose to build on prime Dallas real estate: $4 million dollars worth.  Their new property is minutes away (maybe seconds away) from the Highland Park Police/Fire Dept, Turtle Creek, Dallas Country Club, Lakeside Park, US-75, and plenty of others.  With easy access to the thrills of Big D, their new 13,823 sq. foot residence sits at 3704 Euclid Ave.  The stone exterior and hip roof manse is 80% complete, according to Dallas CAD records.  The 6 bedroom/6 bathroom home includes 3 fireplaces, a wet bar, and 2 1/2 stories of living space.  From Google, it appears that Leonard took over 2 lots to build this one - the home to the west, or the home that was to the west of him, shows up on Virtual Globetrotting 3D, but not on Google Maps.  I don't have a clue as what happened to it, unless Leonard tore it down to construct his mansion.  The property value for 2011 was $5.16 million.  Good luck to the Leonard's as they complete their new home!
