Can't Afford the Now Listed $35 Million Dollar Champ d'Or? How About One of the Neighboring Properties?

The now listed $35 million Champ d'Or recently suffered a major price drop, but, in these days, is still an incredible amount to pay for a residential estate.  Even across the street, 1850 Turbeville Road, although a property that WAS included in the total Champ listing, is listed for $15 million - still a heavy price tag!  The 12,000 ranch styled home sits on 112 acres of Texas countryside, hence the price amount.  I wonder if mineral rights are included.

Another property that was listed among the Champ's original listing was 1745 Turbeville Road, a contemporary estate on 20 acres.  The 6 bed/5 bath modern mansion includes 13,439 sq. feet of living space, 3,000 covered sq. foot veranda, and more.  The residence is listed for $5,600,000.

And here is 1700 Turbeville Road, a 5 bedroom/5 bathroom with a lower listing price than the previous two: $2,650,000.  The not-too-huge, not-too-small home totals 8,448 sq. feet of living space with a media room and exercise room.  The sprawling Texas estate spans across 7 acres.

Which one would you choose?
