CEOs and Executives of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex

The Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex is home to a wide range of businessmen and women who represent a variety of careers and businesses.  Here, I will profile a few businessmen who reside in the metro and the business they founded and/or work for.  Several of these companies are very popular and notable, I am sure you will recognize these brand names!

Gilbert Cassagne - Reddy Ice
Gilbert Cassagne is the President, Chairman, and CEO of Reddy Ice, the largest ice company in the United States.  Reddy Ice machines are featured at most convenient stores, shopping centers, and grocery marts.  Odds are, if you have ever had to buy ready made ice, you've purchased the bags from Reddy Ice.  Here is Cassagne's Deloache residence.


Charles Wyly - Michael's
Among a variety of business ventures, Wyly is the co founder of Michael's craft stores, the leading arts and crafts store in America.  He is a notable billionaire, philanthropist, and brother to Sam Wyly.  Here's the late Charles Wyly's estate on Deloache.  Wyly passed away in August of 2011 due to a car accident in Aspen, Colorado.  


John Eagle - Car Dealerships
Even if you haven't purchased a car from him, you will probably recognize the name of his dealerships: John Eagle Honda, John Eagle Toyota, John Eagle Acura, John Eagle Mazda, John Eagle Volkswagen, John Eagle Aston Martin, John Eagle Bentley, and John Eagle Lotus.  A car mogul indeed!  Here is Eagle's contemporary home also in Dallas.


Daniel Garton - American Eagle Airlines
Daniel Garton is the President and CEO of American Eagle Airlines, one of the world's largest airline companies.  He owns this Rockbrook residence in north Dallas.


Stephen Oyster - Pancho's
Raise the Flag at Pancho's Mexican buffet!  Stephen Oyster is the owner of the Mexican food restaurant chain.  Here is his spread on Strait Lane across from the White House replica.


Robert Peterson - All My Sons 
Peterson is the co-founder of All My Sons moving company, a very successful moving and storage business.  If they haven't helped you move, odds are you have seen their big "All My Sons" moving trucks around the Metro. This is his 15,000+ sq. foot residence in Plano.


Mike Mauler - GameStop
Ah, GameStop - a huge childhood memory, and a multi-million dollar gaming business.  Mike Mauler, the Executive Vice President of GameStop, lives in this 10,000 sq. foot Westlake home.  


John Miller - Denny's
Earlier this year, John Miller was named CEO of Denny's, a popular restaurant chain with great breakfast.  This is his estate in Westlake right next to Texas Rangers star Josh Hamilton.  


Matthew Rose - BNSF
Matthew Rose is the current CEO of BNSF, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation, is the 2nd largest railway company in the United States, second to Union Pacific.  The BNSF logo is commonly seen on locomotives when the flashy barriers come down, bell starts to ding, and the train comes rolling by.  Here's his recently completed Westlake home.  His previous residence is listed for sale on the same street.


Joe Croce - CiCi's
Joe Croce is the co-founder of MY personal favorite pizza place, CiCi's Pizza.  He sold CiCi's in 2003.  Here is his 7,500 sq. foot Tuscan home in Westlake.


Rex Tillerson - ExxonMobil
Rex Tillerson is the CEO, President, and Chairman of ExxonMobil, one of the world's largest corporations.  He resides in this comfortable Bartonville estate.
