[Update June 13, 2013]: This home sold for $1,242,000 on June 7, 2013 which was $553,000 less than the original asking price on September 5, 2012 and $665,000 less than the original purchased price of $1,907,000 on February 8, 2008 which is a big loss on this Woodland Hills Home that was conducted as a short sale so the banks took the hit or is it the taxpayers?
