Celeb R.E.: The Crystal Method's Ken Jordan Unloads Benton Park Designed MCM Home in Encino

Back on August 20, 2013, the always informative Lauren Beale from LA Times Hot Property revealed that Ken Jordan, co-founder of the electronic DJ group, The Crystal Method, has sold his Encino Mid Century Modern home designed by Benton Park on August 16, 2013 for $1.65 million. The home measures 4 Beds/4 Baths on 3,368 sqft on a total lot size of 0.36 acres built in 1964 which was previously purchased on October 21, 2003 for $1,330,000 netting a gain of $320,000 before expenses. 

Believe it or not, I blogged about this property back on June 4, 2013 because of its architectural significance not realizing this home belonged to Ken Jordan.
