Completely Remodeled Granada Hills Eichler Available for the Reduced Price of $595,000

[Update November 2, 2012]: This home sold for $555,000 on October 22, 2012 which was $114,000 less than the original asking price and was completed in roughly 4 months time. I guess the Eichler homes are not holding value like they used to, this was a big drop for a home in what appears to be almost all original condition.

There have been other Eichlers discussed on this blog including one in a pending status at $449,000 and one next door   to it that just popped on the market at $439,000, and another that was completely remodeled originally listed for $739,000 that has since been delisted.

Currently offered at $439,000 and last purchased in 1997 for $205,000. The pictures are limited so hard to tell the condition of this home and how much originality it retains. This home is not too far from another Eichler that was discussed on this blog which is currently in a pending status at $449,000. Also at one time there was a completely remodeled Eichler for $739,000 that has since been delisted that was discussed on this blog.
