[Update July 23, 2013]: This home sold for $675,000 on July 17, 2013 which was $25,050 more than the original list price and $110,000 more than the original purchase price not counting expenses. As we had speculated below, this home was not the personal residence of Draiman who used it as an investment property according to Metalinjection.net. Hopefully, Draiman returns back to the SFV one day as he had spent a considerable amount of time here and he is one cool dude to add to the list of other cool people residing here.

Fresh on the MLS is the Northridge home of David Draiman best known for being the lead singer in the heavy metal band, Disturbed, who are currently on hiatus. Consequently, Draiman is working with Geno Lenardo, formerly of Filter which later became Device. Draiman is somewhat of a SFV local as he attended Valley Torah High School in Valley Village.
This home first hit the market on June 4, 2013 for $649,950 which measures 6 Beds/2.75 Baths on 2,952 sqft on a total lot size of 0.28 acres built in 1961. This home seems rather modest for Draiman which is already empty and I am wondering if it was an investment property or used for family. The listing description states:

Additional Amenities Include: Central Air & Heat, Recessed Lighting, Crown Moldings, Direct Access 2 Car Garage, Huge Laundry Room & In Much Desired Granada Hills Charter HS District!
Draiman purchased this home for $565,000 on July 14, 2010 which was originally listed at $519,900 on May 4, 2010. At the time that Draiman purchased the home, it was foreclosed and in need of renovation which I am guessing Draiman invested somewhere around $30,000 to be conservative. If the home sells at today's asking price and I have feeling it will sell higher because of the upgrades and the fact that its already in a pending status, Draiman would earn a profit of $84,950 not including taxes, commissions, carrying costs, and renovation expenses.
Prior to the Northridge home from above, it appears that Draiman was living in a 3 Bed Wicker Park home in the Chicago area according to the Chicago Tribune that was owned from 2005 to 2009 which was most recently listed for $645,000.
Before the Chicago home, Draiman lived in another Northridge home in the Sherwood Forest area (we can officially call it that today since it is now recognized by the USPS with its own zip code) which is around the corner of the former Richard Pryor Parthenia home and down the street from Melody Land, the replica of Elvis' Graceland which no longer exists today.

Draiman purchased the Sherwood Forest home (shown above which was also discussed at Berg Properties including listing photos at the time Draiman listed for sale) on December 23, 2005 for $2,535,000 and later sold for $2,580,000 on November 16, 2007 after originally listing it for $2,949,000 on July 3, 2007. Draiman earned a profit of $45,000 but was easily lost on the commissions assuming at 6% which translates into $154,800. This home measures 6 Beds/7 Baths on 6,870 sqft on a total lot size of 0.67 acres built in 1992 which is a rather unique home in the area with its castle like architecture including a bronze dragon and gargoyles. The listing description is below (note: pictures and listing description are from a recent sale in 2012 and not from Draiman):
Magnificent architectural gated estate with N/S lighted tennis court, guest house, pool with lap lane. Vaulted beamed ceilings, grand fireplace with antique mantel, theater chandeliers, stained glass & leaded windows. Master suite includes an expansive bay window seat & sumptuous bath. Behind a secret door lies an exercise room and office. Kitchen has Sub Zero, granite & Viking stove. Huge attic with windows, balcony, vaulted ceilings. Bronze dragon & friendly gargoyles.

Prior to Draiman's first Northridge home, Draiman lived in Sherman Oaks (shown above) which was purchased on December 5, 2003 for $1,180,000 and selling on December 15, 2006 for $1,525,000 which translates into a profit of $345,000 before taxes, commissions, carrying costs, and any renovation expenses. The home measures 5 Beds/4 Baths on 3,864 sqft on a total lot size of 0.45 acres built in 1959. This home was also featured in MTV Cribs shown below.
It appears that Draiman has left the SoCal scene and is now living in Austin, Texas to work on his new projects with Device. Hopefully he comes back to the SFV to represent the 818.
