This home is known as Halverson Residence #1 designed by Buff, Straub, and Hensman which was listed on the market for $1,795,000 on June 2, 2013. This property first hit the market in July 2008 with an asking price for $2.395 million, then reduced to $2.195 million in October 2008 and in March 2009 for $1.995 million which was also offered for rent at $8,950 per month. Other properties in the SFV designed by the same architectural firm are the Buff and Hensman Everts House in Sherman Oaks currently on the market for $1,297,000, a Calvin Straub Post and Beam in Studio City which sold for $1,450,000 in August 2012, and the Haptor House by Buff and Hensman in Sherman Oaks built in 1987. There might be other Buff, Straub, and Hensman designed homes in the SFV that I may not be aware of and dont ask me where Halverson Residence #2 is located because I have no idea.
