Celeb R.E.: Heidi Klum Purchases Writer-Producer Edwin Weinberger's Sherman Oaks Mansion

The always hilarious Your Mama at the Realestalker revealed to the world on October 15, 2013 that German born supermodel turned Emmy-winning Project Runway super mogul Heidi Klum (who recently divorced from Seal) has just purchased the home of Edwin Weinberger who is a long time Hollywood writer-producer for such hit shows like The Cosby Show and The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson in the Sherman Oaks area for $9,875,000 on October 1, 2013. 

This home was previously discussed on this blog back on April 2, 2012 when Weinberger listed the home for $14,150,000 million and before that was originally listed at $15 million on October 21, 2010. We never thought this home would sell after sitting on the market for so long but it finally did sell with a steep discount compared to the original listing price. In june 1, 1973 Heidi Samuel Klum was born, is a German-American model, actress, television host, businesswoman, fashion designer, television producer, and occasional singer. Out of 25,000 contestants, Klum was voted the winner on April 29, 1992 and offered a modeling contract worth US$300,000 by Thomas Zeumer, CEO of Metropolitan Models New York.

Heidi Klum is the current host of Project Runway, filmed at the “Parsons The New School for Design”. She has been featured on the covers of Vogue, Elle, and Marie Claire, and became widely known after appearing on the cover of the “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue” and for her work with Victoria's Secret as an "Angel".
