15,400 Sq. Footer in Southlake With a 10 Car Garage

Shair Hakemy, who apparently was an economic adviser to Afghanistan's president at one time, lives in this massive 3 story 15,410 sq. foot home on Harbor Haven in Southlake.  The home includes a tennis court, barn, pool, and oh yeah, a 10 car garage.  The estate also features some type of outdoor center (???) near the pool.  Got no clue what is, and don't want to speculate either!  Some pics:
