One of Fort Worth's Largest, Finest, and Most Expensive Homes

Dallas usually dominates the "top real estate" market here in DFW, but in this article we are taking a visit to Fort Worth's prime real estate hub: Westover Hills.  Westover Hills is fill of old money and big homes.  One of those homes is 27 Valley Ridge Road at the corner of Westover Terrace and Valley Ridge Road.  The incredible estate is owned by Marcia Fuller French, according to TAD records.  I did some digging and found that Marcia is married to L.R. French of Midland.  L.R.'s famous 59,000 acre ranch between Crosbyton, TX and Post, TX along FM 651 has a State of Texas Historical Marker with history back into the 1870's!  Marcia Fuller French is very involved at Fort Worth's Texas Christian University as the President and Treasurer of the William M. Fuller foundation in the school of Ranch Management.  The French name is attached to several businesses in Midland, one being French Land & Cattle Co.

Their Fort Worth home is easily one of the largest, finest, and most expensive homes in the city.  The 19,890 sq. foot estate sits on several acres of historic Westover Hills land.  The home was built in 1973 by William M. Fuller and looks to have been passed down to William's daughter Marcia.  The incredible home features 6 car garage bays, a pool, and other amenities too long and descriptive to list.

The estate is appraised at $8.2 million.
