Ralph and Cathy Oats must really love The White House in Washington, D.C. - they designed their own house after the single most important building in America! There are only a select few homes around the U.S. that hold the title "replica" of the White House, so I am sure Dallas is happy to have one so close to home (Preston Hollow).
Ralph and Cathy Oats are the owners. They are the proud founders of Wellness International Networking, or WIN, a private company that sells nutritional and healthy products. The 1996 built mansion is 16,041 sq. feet with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 6 fireplaces, 2 pools, a gazebo, lit tennis court, gardens, 6 car garage and motor court, and more! Betcha President Obama wishes he had such amenities in HIS White House...
