The Top 5 Grand Foyers of North Texas - Some of the Most Vibrant and Elaborate Grand Entry Foyers

Nothing brings a home together like the grand entry foyer - the starting point, if you will, of the home.  Grand foyers are present in most, if not all, multi-story homes.  Whether dual or single staircases, each foyer presents its own palatial setting.  I browsed through several north Texas homes to find some of the top and most elaborate grand entry foyers in the metroplex.  After some funsearch, here's my list!

5.  2324 Panorama Court in Arlington, Texas

I've told you the history of this home and its vacancy throughout the past 2 or more years.  Regardless of the previous owners mistakes or the failed auctions, this Rush Creek estate has quite the grand foyer.  With heated marble floors, the dual staircases flow elaborately down to the first floor.  The pristine wrought iron railings with their twists and turns create a royal sense that highlights the design in all its array.  For more on this home, here's the listing.

4.  8537 Meadowbrook Drive in Fort Worth, Texas

Nestled on Meadowbrook Drive in far east Fort Worth, Texas, this stone French masterpiece has a notable grand foyer.  The staircase generously weaves along the mural-lined wall down to the first floor.  Small iron configurations compliment and add design to the single staircase as well.  For more on this home, here's the listing.

3.  6645 Northaven Road in Dallas, Texas

Creating quite a stir in Dallas is recently listed contemporary mansion 6645 Northaven Road in Dallas.  North Dallas is known for its luxury real estate, especially its sharp modernistic and contemporary constructions - this home is no different.  The large steel doors give way to a pure white maze staircase with a simple build.  Its unlike all the other foyers due to its structure and simple placement.  For more on this home, here's the listing.

2.  5480 Buena Vista Drive in Frisco, Texas

Here is the Valentines Day home, 5480 Buena Vista in Frisco.  Easily one of the most vibrant and elaborate grand foyers in north Texas, despite is hideous exterior features, this dual staircase is graciously built encompassing marble floors and iron moldings - even 2 angelic statues are situated at the bottom holding lights!  The staircase leads to several indoor verandas upstairs and a good view (get it, Buena Vista) of the front living room.  For more on this home, here's the listing.

1.  1851 Turbeville Road in Hickory Creek, Texas - The Champ d'Or - $69,900,000

I don't think anyone doubted that #1 would be the Champ d'Or estate in Hickory Creek, Texas.  Listed at nearly $70 million dollars, this is one of America's most expensive estates as well as the most expensive listed estate in Texas.  The 48,000 sq. foot home includes 256 acres of Texas pastures and green trees.  The heavily private home, among other incredible features, includes a fantastically built 3 story foyer with multiple staircases and walkways.  Here are a few pictures.  For more on the Champ d'Or, here's the listing.
