Two Sports Legends, Pat Summerall and Mark McLemore, and Their Southlake Pads

White Chapel Blvd. in Southlake is always a fun drive.  A two lane road winds through the green pastures of Southlake with mega mansions on both sides of the street (as known as Heaven for a real estate enthusiast)!  Two such mansions, only one visible from the street, are home (literally) to sports legends Pat Summerall, known around the world for his sportscasting, and Mark McLemore, baseball king dubbed "Supersub".

This is Pat Summerall's hidden estate at 710 S. White Chapel Blvd.  His house is actually directly behind the Grubbs burnt mansion at 702 S. White Chapel.  Pat and his wife Cherilynn built the house in 1996 and have lived there since.  The 8,590 sq. foot traditional home has a 5 car garage, private pond, pool, putting green, circle drive, private entry, and of course, an American flag!  The home is appraised at just over $2,000,000.

This is Mark and Capri McLemore's mega mansion at 533 S. White Chapel Blvd.  The 11,060 sq. foot features a relaxing pool with cabana/gazebo, playground area, lit tennis court, circle driveway, 6 car garage, private lake, gated entry, and plenty of acreage.  The home is appraised at $2,180,900.
