Check Out: New Bird's-Eye Google Image of Two Meadowbrook Mansions Under Construction

Back in May of 2011, we told you about the massive 26,000 sq. footer under construction at 9807 Meadowbrook Drive in Dallas.  The next door neighbor, 9821 Meadowbrook, is also under construction, but a little smaller at 14,143 sq. feet.

The home on the left is clearly the larger, 26,000 sq. footer at 9807 Meadowbrook.  It's owned by a famous art collecting couple Richard and Nona Barrett.  They are moving from their former pad off Chatham Hill Road right across from Northwest Bible Church.  According to Dallas CAD records, the mansion shows to be 100% complete after construction began in 2009.

The home on the right belongs to Shula and Aharon Netzer of the Shula Netzer Real Estate Group.  The home shows to be 80% complete after construction began in 2010.  The home features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, and a pool for those hot Texas summers (it's coming quick!).
