LEWISVILLE - 3 Alarm Fire Badly Burns 9,500 Sq Foot Home in Lewisville

Around 12:30am, Lewisville Fire crews were called to 2053 S Valley Parkway on a residential structure fire. Upon arrival, LFD found heavy fire showing from the attached garage space. A 2nd and 3rd alarm were called shortly after arrival. The 9,586 sq foot home was built in 1981 and includes 4.7 acres with a private pond. Recent appraisals show the home is an estimated $750,000.
