"Family" Purchases 48,000 Sq. Foot Mega-Mansion Champ d'Or at March 30th Auction

A few more details have been revealed since the Champ d'Or sold last Friday.  Rachel Mehlhaff with the Denton Record Chronicle states in her article that Alan Goldfield, builder of the manse, is pleased the big 'ole thing sold. Goldfield didn't say much about the price or upcoming occupants, but he did say it was a family!  The Champ will reportedly close April 30th to the new owners.  Can't wait to dig up all the dirt on 'em.
