The Champ d'Or auction was just yesterday (March 30th) and according to
Concierge Auctions' website, the Champ d'Or is under "pending contract". This simply means that a buyer and seller have agreed to work out a deal to buy the property. I have contacted Nick Leonard with the auction company to see if I can wrestle more details out of him, but he has not responded as of yet.
The Champ d'Or hit the auction block yesterday for a minimum bid of $10.3 million dollars.
