Arlington Doctor's Newly Built Residence in Somerset Estates Fort Worth/Arlington, Texas

Arlington Dermatologist Dr. Milton Mullanax recently finished construction on his new residence in exclusive Somerset Estates off Chartwell Lane in far far east Fort Worth (pretty much Arlington).  The 7,380 sq. foot estate takes on a masterful design with a 4 car garage and pool.  Just finished in 2010, the home is located on Blenheim Place in Somerset Estates, an up-and-coming exclusive gated community with new mansions being built every year.  Although I couldn't get into the gate for obvious reasons, I happened to snap a crappy picture of the back of his house (down below).  The big trucks and construction workers built a small gravel road from Cooks Lane to the back of his purchased lot for easy access to the building site.  Otherwise, the heavy duty trucks would have to enter through the perfectly paved roads lined with white iron gates, and I am sure the residents would mind.  Bluntly, it's a good looking home.  Congratulations to Dr. Mullanax for the completion of his new home!
