Community Showcase - Clariden Ranch in Southlake, Texas

Undoubtedly, Southlake, Texas is an epicenter known throughout Tarrant County for high-end homes and estates.  One of the many communities that lie within the city limits of Southlake is Clariden Ranch.  Off Highway 114 near the DFW Airport, simply take the White Chapel Blvd. northbound.  3 minutes later, you will be in front of one of the weirdest, but most interesting houses I have ever seen...ever.

Here's The Listing

Many custom built homes in Clariden Ranch have a castle like appearance.  Numerous turrets, stone designs, and wrought iron railings all come together to make one heck of a nice residence.  One of the best things about Clariden Ranch?  It's not gated!  Yes, this brings mass excitement to real estate enthusiasts like myself.  I had the opportunity to go up there one afternoon and drive through the community.  It's a tight knit community with trendy, and wealthy, families looking for a perfect place to raise their young ones.  Residents have the option to place their children in The Clariden School, an upscale prepatory serving Clariden Ranch residents.

If you are ever in the area or just want to go take a look, my recommendation is Coyote Road - some of the most premiere and talked-about properties in all of the county.  Coyote Road is right off of Clariden Ranch Road and trust me, you won't miss it!  Some great builds and a fantastic place to raise a family.
