Desperate to Sell - 508 South Fielder in Arlington, Texas

If you've driven down south Fielder street in Arlington before Division, no doubt you've spotted this 1965 built mansion.  "That black and white house on the corner over there" is owned by Leroy Moore, an adult film seller who has several stores here in Arlington.  No specific reasons for selling, but Moore did run into some legal problems back in 2004 which may be to blame for the sell.  It has been for sale...forever!  I can't even remember the front yard without a For Sale sign!

The realtor is just desperate for this home to sell.  A recent $25,000 price drop was chopped off the asking price, now listed at $600,000.  I don't see this home selling anytime soon, though.  It's old and...pretty dang ugly if you ask me.  The location isn't too pleasing; Fielder is a busy street with ample traffic.  Heck, if a driver lost control on Fielder and veered off the road, it would end up right in the living room!

The 6,349 sq. foot (according to the listing, about a 2,000 difference from TAD records, but does include guest quarters and such) "Old Arlington" home comes complete with a 4 car carport, imported European decor, a funky shaped guest house and pool area, and gazebo.
