Chuck Greenberg's Spanish Villa in Vaquero Country Club, Westlake, Texas

Chuck Greenberg, a man known throughout the nation as Texas Rangers' CEO, bought this Vaquero residence back in mid 2010.  In an exciting and passionate trip to the World Series, the Rangers unfortunately lost the World Series to the San Fran Giants.  Greenberg, still in command, brings hope to Rangers fans with his successful first run as CEO.

While Greenberg isn't off at a game or signing new players, he is probably here at his cozy Spanish villa located at 2211 Vaquero Estates Blvd.  The beautiful residence boasts panoramic views of Vaquero Country Club's 18th and 19th holes, 8,570 sq. feet of living space, an appraised 2010 value of $2,983,100, very open floor plan, coffee bar, wine room, 5 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms.

The listing price was $3,500,000; the Greenberg's bought the home at $3,250,000.
