4923 DeLoache Ave, Preston Hollow - My Favorite January Listing
Undoubtedly, 4923 DeLoache Ave. in Preston Hollow is my favorite listing this month. The estate has it all: address to impress, meticulously built, perfectly landscaped grounds, homely atmosphere, and an American-French design that is second to none. Yet another beautiful listing by The Matthews Nichols Group! I think it's safe to say...I have finally found my dream home! Let's see: once I graduate from college, it should take several years to build up my company. Hopefully then thereafter, I will be able to purchase this home. Maybe the home will remain on the market for the next 10 years? Yeah right, I am surprised this home hasn't already sold!
