But will it sell? Homes in Carlton Woods, according to their main website, go for "$3 million and up", but still, $19 million? Good luck selling this one. Maybe a potential buyer will come around after the economic downturn, but that's quite a ways away. In my opinion, look for a big price drop on this one in the near future!
