Champ d'Or Gets Yet Another Price Drop - Will it Sell This Time?

It's official - the Champ d'Or mega estate has been listed yet again.  This time, the asking price is $35 Million.  Here's a detailed listing analysis for the Champ d'Or the past 7 years:

Any guesses on when the next change will be? I am guessing August 2011 we will see another listing price.

The listing price includes the 36,000 sq. foot main home with 90 acres instead of the original 256 acres.  The listing does include "165 additional acres including a 14,000 sq. foot contemporary home and 15,000 sq. foot ranch home."  An of course, all other amenities are included in the listing price: indoor and outdoor pools, bowling alley, ballroom, 15 car garage, tennis court, and private lakes.  I've done a more detail write-up of the Champ d'Or - you can visit it here.
