The Story Behind 4707 Park Lane in Dallas, Texas - 4.66 Acres for Sale in Preston Hollow
4707 Park Lane in the desirable Preston Hollow, Texas is certainly an address to impress. Up until a few years ago, Dallas billionaire Scott Ginsburg, Chairman and CEO of DG FastChannel as well as Founder of Boardwalk Auto Group, owned a beautiful private estate that held the address of 4707 Park Lane. Unfortunately, a devastating fire broke out and totaled the home a few years ago. Recently, Ginsburg bought the much talked about 3500 Beverly Drive also in Preston Hollow while his 4.66 acres over on Park Lane remained for sale listed at $10.25 million dollars. At the Park Lane address, Ginsburg decided to keep the guest house, tennis court, pool, and 5 car garage although the main home was torn down due to fire damage. To this day, the 4.66 acres of 4707 Park Lane remain for sale listed at $8.5 million dollars. You can easily make out where the main home used to stand looking at aerial pictures of the lot. An interestingly shaped pond is situated in the middle of two sections of gardens. The guest house is next to the pool which leads to the tennis court and 5 car garage. I wonder if the new owners will keep the current amenities or tear them down to build their own?
